memorable and lasting events. We hope you will be satisfied with our service

The following is our Conditions of Rental. We do not charge a surcharge or
any other hidden fees–only those specified on each contract.
CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING RENTAL CONDITIONS WHICH
FORM A PART OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ARE BINDING UPON CUSTOMER
SIGNATURE.
- RENTAL of property is for a one-time usage. NO refunds or credits will be made
for unused linen and/or equipment by CUSTOMER. All goods held beyond the
due date are subject to an extra rental charge, unless other arrangements have
been approved.
- CUSTOMER shall use all property in a careful and proper manner. CUSTOMER
hereby assumes all risks of loss, theft and damage to the property from any
cause whatsoever.
- CUSTOMER is responsible for returning linen and/or equipment in the manner
received. CUSTOMER will be charged a replacement fee (printed on contract)
for missing items. If linen is returned damaged with any type of burns (e.g.,
candle, cigar, cigarette), CUSTOMER will be billed for the replacement charge
stated on the contract per item for the damages incurred. CUSTOMER is
responsible for discarding confetti, flower petals, and any other debris before
returning linen. CUSTOMER will be charged a minimum of $25.00 if this occurs.
- CUSTOMER acknowledges that rental property is of a size, design and quantity
selected by CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER shall be responsible for all cost
incurred by TEAT PARTY RENTALS, INC., due to order errors such as date of
usage, color, quantity or sizes.
- CUSTOMER must notify TEAT PARTY RENTALS, INC., of cancellation one week
prior to event. If cancellation is within days of the event, TEAT PARTY RENTALS,
INC. will refund all monies with the exception of $50.00 for an administrative fee.
Method of Payment:
Due to the amount of returned checks we have received, we no longer accept
PERSONAL checks. A CASH OR CREDIT CARD deposit of ½ is due before the
event to secure the date and the balance is due in FULL a week before the
event.
